Chetan Sharma, a former Indian cricketer, is best remembered for his historic hat-trick in the 1987 Cricket World Cup, becoming the first bowler to achieve this feat in World Cup history. A right-arm fast-medium bowler, Sharma was a key figure in India's bowling attack during the 1980s. He also played a crucial role in India’s 1985 Benson & Hedges World Championship of Cricket victory. Post-retirement, he has contributed to the game as a cricket commentator and administrator.
