You can take BCAA supplements in two forms,i.e., either capsules or powder. Depending upon their needs, athletes consume BCAAs 3-4 times a day varying upon their serving size.

There are some who consume them just as a pre-workout BCAA drink right before starting their workout, there are some others who consume them 2 times a day like once in the morning and once in the evening.
