Optimized Consumption
The NXP i.MX 8M Mini and Nano SoCs are manufactured using 14LPC FinFET low power technology. The new Verdin form factor delivers a new, simple and easy solution to extend the consumption optimization of the SoC to the Module System and even to the entire system. This holistic approach gives the customer granular control of the power consumption of the peripherals available on the manifold.

The M4 / M7 cores allow even more optimization whenever a connected standby mode is needed. The main cores (A53) can be turned off and the microcontroller core can continue to run the most crucial parts of the code.

Several modern and future-proof interfaces
The modules provide modern interfaces such as Gigabit Ethernet, MIPI CSI camera, MIPI DSI display, PCIe, Quad SPI, CAN, among many others.
