Sometimes you can get anxious out of a simple occurrence, and perhaps you have thought that your anxiety might originate from acute causes of anxiety. Regular feeling of anxiousness is rather normal because everyone could get nervous at times. A student might feel nervous while waiting for his exam results. An officer might get anxious when the deadline is approaching and he is still struggling to complete his presentation documents. A young woman might get anxious thinking that her wedding day is just around the corner. As a matter of fact, causes of anxiety are many; and even the simplest things in life can actually lead to anxiety and panic attacks.
