Bubble Leak Testing for Package Integrity Inspection
Bubble testing is a traditional leak detection method in which a sealed package is submerged in liquid and pressurized to observe escaping gas bubbles. The formation of bubbles indicates the presence of a leak. Although simple and inexpensive, bubble testing relies on visual inspection and is typically used as a preliminary method rather than a primary pharmaceutical validation technique.
